Our Team

Ron Lackie

Ron has been with the company since 1987. A master millwright, there is nothing Ron has not seen in his time in the millwright field. Having grown up on a dairy farm in rural New Hampshire, Ron has been involved in the agricultural field his entire life. In his downtime Ron enjoys snowmobiling, riding his Harley, kayaking and camping.

Bill Rowden

Bill founded NEM in 1982 and has lead the company to its place today as the premier millwright contractor in the Northeast. Bill grew up on a dairy farm in rural Vermont, then attended Vermont Technical College. After working in the industry for a few years he set out to start his own shop which he has grown into a respected contractor and employer in the Northeast. In his free time Bill enjoys traveling with his wife Lisette, riding his Spyder, and spending time with his grandkids.

Ryan Rowden

Ryan joined full time upon graduating Manchester Community College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree and a Professional Certificate in Welding Technology. Ryan is also a fixture at Robco, which his father Bob owns with Bill. In his free time Ryan enjoys snowmobiling and hunting.

Tyler Rowden

Tyler joined to company after the retirement of long time business manager Tom Brock in early 2016. Having worked in the field when he was younger, Tyler was not new to the business, just new to the office. Tyler holds an Associates in Business degree from Champlain college and a Diesel Industrial Technology degree from Universal Technical Institute. In his free time, he enjoys watching stock car racing, good food and good wine.
